I recently stayed at the Hyatt Centric in Kanazawa and it was absolutely perfect for a transit stay during my travels. The hotel is conveniently located just 31 km away from the nearest airport, making it incredibly convenient for those needing a comfortable place to rest before or after a long flight. The proximity to the airport saved me so much time and hassle, allowing me to relax and rejuvenate in the beautiful surroundings of the hotel.

While I appreciate the effort in providing reusable water bottles, I was disappointed to see that there were still too many disposable shampoo bottles, razors, and other single-use items.

Coffee/tea making machines, an iron with ironing board and a work desk available in the deluxe queen room. A bidet in the bathroom. The best and perfectly comfortable location, an easy walk to everywhere.

The staff has always been efficient.

the family room was large and fashionable, perfect for my needs. tea/coffee making equipment and a refrigerator were a plus. location: the hotel was close to main train station, and the castle and the garden.

The hotel of choice in Kanazawa. Beautiful venue with attentive staff for a really comfortable stay. Particularly good and unbeatable location to Breakfast. Just off all the great attractions, restaurants and shops, and the castle. Excellent bar area.

Central heating, a private safe and flat-screen television available in the family room. Location near to Kanazawa Station and shopping center.

The rooms are neat with exceptionally comfortable beds and smoke detectors. There is a coffee and tea making equipment, and a refrigerator.

As a frequent traveler, I have stayed in numerous hotels, but my recent stay at Hyatt Centric in Kanazawa was exceptional. the hotel's location is perfect for transit travelers like me, with the nearest airport being just 31 km away. This made my journey to and from the hotel hassle-free and convenient. the hotel provided excellent amenities and services, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay during my time in Kanazawa.

The coffee served at breakfast was below par.

Overall, I had an exceptional stay because of the very professional and especially helpful staff members. The vibe here was family!

The snow storm didn't stop us from enjoying the weekend. The hotel's location was perfect, right next to a mall with endless indoor options. The room was spacious and modern, with high-quality materials and a comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a variety of options. Best of all, the hotel was located only three minutes away from the train station.

The rooftop bar was a disappointment. The happy hour cocktails were nothing special and the 500 yen entrance fee was unwelcoming.

The hotel's location was perfect. With a shopping mall and train station just a stone's throw away, I had easy access to everything I needed. Additionally, the staff were amazing. They spoke English well and were always helpful. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was impeccable, and the breakfast was delicious.

There was nothing I didn't like.

This hotel is situated in a location that offers convenience to the guests as it is quite near to the station. one can easily find shopping options in the nearby mall. The rooms are beautifully designed and comfortable with all the necessary amenities.

The staff at the front desk can be challenging to get a hold of as they are often on the phone.

During my Christmas stay, I was impressed with the hotel's location. It was conveniently situated just a short walk from the train station, making it easy to navigate the area. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made me feel at home instantly. the cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the breakfast buffet was a highlight with many options.

The restaurant was fully booked by coach parties, leaving us with limited seating options on our first night. I found it hard to locate the front desk as it wasn't in an ideal location and lacked clear signage, which made my first impression of the hotel a bit confusing.
